"Dear Tarja,
It`s time to choose whether the story of
NIGHTWISH ends here or whether it will still continue an undetermined period
of time. We`ve been working with this creation for 9 years and we are not
ready to give up yet. Nightwish is a way of life, something to live for,
and we`re certain we can`t let it go.
Equally certain is the fact that we cannot

FRANKLIN threw lavish parties at a hotel in Detroit, Michigan, last week
(21-22OCT05) for survivors of Hurricane Katrina.
Approximately 40 survivors of the August
(29AUG05) hurricane which ravaged America's Gulf Coast are staying temporarily
at the city's Southfield Hotel after being made homeless by the devastating

E! reports: Shirley Horn, the great jazz vocalist
and pianist and one of the last links to the Miles Davis era, has died
at age 71, her label announced Friday.
The Grammy-winning songbird, whose vocal
phrasing, song selection and piano prowess influenced the likes of Norah
Jones and Diana Krall, succumbed Thursday to complications of diabetes

departure of long time guitarist Ulf Dalegren:
“We are very sorry to break the news that
guitarist Ulf Dalegren has decided to leave Vomitory after fifteen years
in the band. Life changes quite a lot during fifteen years and the priorities
we need to make change as well along with it. We hate to see Ulf go, but
we understand and respect his decision to 100%. We part our musical ways
as the best of friends and continue as drinking companions just as usual.

Government who have already banned it.
But we rock n rebels in NoManZero don't
care and neither does New Tang Dynasty Television who will soon be broadcasting
it to it's 200 million Chinese viewers on four continents (they rent time
on four satillites in space and reach these 200 million Chinese viewers
which is less than 15% of the 1.4 billion Chinese worldwide !! )The video

hopes are that the video will do it's small part to help those in China
that want to relax, rock out and just plain be free like the rest of us

Scott-era AC/DC sound-alike band that recorded two albums for Warner Bros./EMI
back in '90 and '92 and an independent album in '94 with former AC/DC drummer
Simon Wright, will release their as-yet-untitled fourth album on February
21, 2006 via Acetate Records. The CD was mixed at Soundface Studios in
Hollywood, California and was produced by the band and Stephan Siggurson[see

Rock Ridge reports: On Tuesday, November 1,
2005, Sound The Alarm will release a self-titled, digital-only EP on Rock
Ridge Music. This Pennsylvania-based rock group’s EP is the next in Rock
Ridge’s fall series of special, digital-only releases. This digital-only
EP will be available everywhere digital tracks are sold in the US, including
outlets such as Napster, iTunes, MusicMatch, and Walmart.com.
The six songs featured on the EP are “Fools
and Thieves,” “Suffocate To Stay Alive,” “Cutting Deep,” “Prove Them Wrong,”
“Waiting For Winter,” and “Never Let You Down.” Consisting of songs that
scored the pop/punk band industry buzz and tunes written for their first
full-length album, this EP chronicles the band’s early beginnings. Sound
The Alarm plan to release a new album in the summer of 2006 on Geffen Records.[see
