Here is a follow up to a story we reported
last October about Sharon Osbourne wishing to cash in on her husbands
lifestory by bringing the drama to the big screen. At that time Sharon
said she was looking to make a deal for the film and really wanted Johnny
Depp to play Ozzy. (see
story)
She might just get her wish, as Johnny
Deep seems to love the idea. "He's a deeply fascinating human being," Depp
is quoted as saying in an article on teenhollywood.com.
According to Teenhollywood, Depp based
his character in Pirates of the Caribbean partly on Keith Richards of
the Rolling Stones. Known for taking unconventional roles, it doesnt really
stretch the imagination to picture Depp as the Prince of Darkness on
the Silver Screen. But who will play Sharon? Kathy Bates? What about
Kelly? Monica Lewinsky?
No word yet on whether Sharon has gotten
the greenlight for the film but knowing her and the fascination over
the Osbournes show on MTV, were bound to get an official announcement
soon.
