(AP) Who knew that Keith Richards was a reckless driver? (Not much a tree climber either.) Keef was busted for reckless driving on July 5, 1975 in the state of Arkansas. Now AP reports that "The state Parole Board on July 3 approved an application for clemency submitted on behalf of Richards, the 62-year-old guitarist for the Rolling Stones, by Gov. Mike Huckabee." Keef plead guilty to the reckless driving charge 31 years ago and paid a fine but according to AP, "The governor said he got the idea for a pardon when he realized that Richards' impression of Arkansas 'was marred by a misdemeanor traffic stop.'"
