Zeppelin Tour Hopes Now Further Away, The Verve Album Delayed, Every Time I Die Label less, Darker My Love Free Shows, Night Ranger Talking and more was a top story for this week. Here it is again: (antiMusic) If you were hoping for a Led Zeppelin reunion tour, it looks like you are going to have to wait a bit longer as Robert has some other plans to attend to. Billboard has the scoop: Robert Plant and Alison Krauss have extended their smash hit "Raising Sand" tour through early October. The next round of dates begins Sept. 23 in Kansas City, Mo., and will wrap Oct. 5 in Saratoga, Calif. more

The upcoming record from The Verve 'Forth' will be released a week later than the previously announced date of August 19th. August 26th marks the new release date in the US and Canada, a day earlier in the UK.

Darker My Love are kicking off their dual hometown residencies this week! The guys will debut their new material this Thursday, July 17 at Popscene in San Francisco and will make the voyage south to rock The Echo in LA the very next day. Then back to SF for The Rickshaw Shop next week, and The Echo again the following night. Not only are these four shows FREE but each fan will receive a limited edition 7-inch as well as the opportunity to pre-order the band's sophomore LP for a special, discounted price at these performances.

Every Time I Die is currently seeking a new label home. Speaking to the UK's Rock Sound magazine, the group's vocalist Keith Buckley revealed, "Our latest album was the last thing we had to deliver for Ferret so we are in limbo. We are talking to some labels right now, I think people will be very pleased to know that it looks like we will not be signing with a major. more

Victor Willis, the original lead singer of disco-era band the Village People, was released from a San Diego hospital on Monday after vocal cord surgery and said he could resume singing within months. more

Death Row Records, the legendary West Coast hip-hop label that launched such seminal rappers as Snoop Dogg, Tupac Shakur and Dr. Dre to superstardom and made mint at the front of the early '90s gangsta-rap boom, has been auctioned off for a relatively measly $24 million. more

The Rock Against Diabetes auction just got a little better: Port City Amps has added an amazing guitar cabinet to the prize package, and Rock Against Diabetes has also added a one night stay at the Paramount Hotel in Times Square, to use for the day of your guitar lesson. This adds over $1,000.00 to the already stunning package of a Gibson Les Paul BFG in hard case, a 3 hour private lesson with Guns N Roses guitarist Ron Thal (Bumblefoot) in the NYC Gibson showroom and so much more. When buying a limited edition Bumblefoot/Rock Against Diabetes t-shirt, your name will be entered to win this amazing package that is already worth well over $5,000.00. go here
