Radio Moscow Kick Off Spring Tour Today

Radio Moscow kick off the first leg of their spring U.S. tour tonight (Friday, April 22) in San Francisco,

The trek includes a stop in Austin, TX (on April 29) where the trio will perform amongst the featured acts at the fourth annual Austin Psych Fest and share the stage with The Black Angels, Roky Erickson and more.

The second leg of the Radio Moscow tour will begin on May 17 in Chicago, IL and run through May 28 hitting stages in St. Paul, Kansas City, Denver, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Portland and more along the way.

Last week the group entered Prairie Sun Studios in Cotati, CA to begin work on their third LP and follow up to 2009's Brain Cycles. The band is expected to perform some of its new material live for the first time over the course of the upcoming tour.

Radio Moscow's as-yet-untitled third album is expected to see a summer 2011 release.
