(TMZ) "Star Trek: The Next Generation" star Brent Spiner (who played android Lieutenant Commander Data) says Steve Jobs was a DIRTY COPYCAT ... who stole the idea for the iPad from "Star Trek" producers ... 23 years AFTER they invented it.
