Lana Del Rey Says New Album is 'So Dark It's Almost Unlistenable'

(Radio.com) After having her hard drive stolen, welcoming a barrage of leaks in 2013, you can understand why Lana Del Rey isn't being too forthcoming about the details of her upcoming album. But last Thursday (Jan. 30), the singer did finally share a few little tidbits about what fans can expect from her follow-up to 2012′s Born to Die.

According to MTV UK, Lana revealed in a Twitter Q&A that her upcoming album, Ultra Violence, is finished and it is "beautiful." She tweeted, "It is absolutely gorgeous - darker then the first - so dark it's almost unlistenable and wrong. But I love it."

Later adding, "And don't worry you will love Ultra - it's so wrong and exquisite." Lana reportedly recorded the album in Nashville with her Born To Die producer Emile Haynie and Dan Auerbauch of the Black Keys. more on this story
