Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme revealed in a recent interview that the band will be releasing a new single before they launch their upcoming Australian tour. Homme spoke with News.com.au about their upcoming road trip Down Under this July and he also told the site that the new album will not feature any guest appearances. They also asked him about the band's mysterious social media post last week that read "Coming Twenty Five" and the site reported that he "didn't want to give away release details". Homme also discussed his recent surgery. "I had surgery on my wrist once before and four days later, I was on tour in Australia. My doctor called me a dips**t. I had a problem with my tendon, it was very difficult for me to flip the bird for a while."
