(Audio Aggression) Former Fuel drummer Kevin Miller filed suit in a Pennsylvania court Monday against several corporations affiliated with the group claming, among other things, that he didn't get his share of a $3 million advance for a recording deal. Fuel signed to Sony in July 1997 and Miller joined the group in December '97, and like the other three band members, he was supposed to receive 25% of all profits generated from the band's touring; 6.5% of all publishing royalties; and 25% of the recording revenues. Before the release of 'Natural Selection', Sony advanced the band $3 million, of which $1.665 million was earmarked for recording, and each member was to receive $353,000 of the advance. Miller only received $212,000 and was told by guitarist Carl Bell that he was getting less since he was not a member of the band when Sony awarded the recording contract.[see full story for more] - Click here for the Full Story
