. (Blabbermouth) Finland's NIGHTWISH, who recently parted ways with longtime frontwoman Tarja Turunen, have issued the following statement via their official web site:

"Several [media outlets] have spread information about a new singer of NIGHTWISH but every single word has been a lie. We ask people not to believe everything that is told.
