They claimed bass player Eric Haydock has flouted a court order made in 1998 not to play under their name.
They also claim that Peter Hughes plays with Mr Haydock in a group calling itself Eric Haydock's Hollies and music manager James Cozens helps set up gigs. [see full story for more]
