Jeffrey and Michael Derderian, owners of The Station nightclub, filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy last September, saying their debts far exceeded their assets. They released a statement Wednesday (August 16) saying it had been accepted in U.S. Bankruptcy Court.[see full story for more]
