One man was shot twice in the dispute, which is understood to have taken place in a house in Atlanta on Monday.
Dan Gulley Jr. has been charged with assault following the shootout, which saw both men arm themselves in a heated disagreement over how tall the Godfather Of Soul really was.[see full story for more]
