So far only three dates have been unofficially announced. The bands have remained quiet on the tour but Ticketmaster has listings for shows at two west coast venues.
According to Blabbermouth, tickets for the Garden concert on July 30th will go on sale at 9:00 am on Friday. (at presstime, there was no listing for this show at Ticketmaster.com) Ticketmaster.com reports that Internet presale for the two California dates will begin at 10:00 am next Monday (April 21st)
Blabbermouth had this to report on the tour, IRON MAIDEN, DIO, and MOTÖRHEAD will be teaming up for a two-month North American tour during July-September. Although the complete lineup has yet to be announced, it is understood that MINISTRY and ANTHRAX are among the acts currently under consideration for the opening/support slots on the bill.
Update 4-19
A couple more dates have been announced for the tour. All known dates are listed below and well keep Posted as more details surface but Iron Maiden frontman took to the web to let fans in on their spring and summer tour plans. This tour is all about having fun as the name suggests, Bruce Dickinson writes on the official Iron Maiden site We love summer and we love playing big shows. We are going to be playing a lot of our favourite Maiden songs and many people know we've got a new album in the pipeline for later this year so perhaps we'll be playing a new song or two, but basically it will be full on Maiden!
Trouble is when you have so many great
songs its hard to please everyone all of the
time. The band is firing on all cylinders
and the show will be as spectacular as always.
