Bob Marley's Final Recorded Concert Set For Release

(Gibson) Bob Marley's final recorded performance is coming to CD, vinyl and digital download for the first time. Bob Marley & The Wailers - Live Forever: The Stanley Theatre, Pittsburgh, PA, September 23, 1980 will be released as a 2CD/3LP set on February 1, according to a press release.

The show was recorded when the reggae legend was touring in support of Uprising. The collection features Marley classics such as "No Woman, No Cry," "Jamming" and "Get Up Stand Up."

"Bob's music has always conveyed a message of hope, unity and love," says Rita Marley, Bob's widow. "It has brought countless people together as it did that night 30 years ago in Pittsburgh. To hear that music today and to be able to share it with a new generation shows that Bob is as relevant today as he was 30 years ago." more on this story
