Iggy Pop and The Stooges Announce Rescheduled Dates

It looks like Iggy Pop is on the mend as The Stooges have announced some rescheduled North American tour dates.

Iggy Pop broke his foot during The Stooges' Aug 27th headline appearance in Romania, as a result the group postponed their U.S. shows.

As of Thursday, the Los Angeles and San Francisco concert dates (which had been originally scheduled for September 7, 12, and 13, respectively) have been rescheduled. The Las Vegas date at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is yet to be determined.

San Francisco - The Warfield - December 4, 2011
San Francisco - The Warfield - December 6, 2011

Here is what Iggy had to say about the original postponement and his injury: "I hate this, I hate like hell to cancel or postpone anything. I only saw the doctor because it hurt so ******* much and I couldn't fix it myself. Please be patient, I am so excited about these dates on the left coast."
