Lil Wayne Sued Over Alleged Skateboard Assault
. Alfredo Marino filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming that he was assaulted by a man employed by Lil Wayne. The incident reportedly occurred last year. Marino claims that he saw Lil Wayne on the streets of Los Angeles. When he approached the rapper in hopes of taking a photo with him, Marino claims that a person that works for Wayne hit him in the back of the head with a skateboard. TMZ reports that Marino claims he suffered a severe injury to his head from the incident and is suing for unspecified damages.
