Black Flag Releasing Their First New Album in 28 Years
. This new album–due out November 5–will feature the band's co-founding guitarist Greg Gin, singer Ron Reyes and drummer Gregory Moore. The 22-track album will be the Los Angeles hardcore punk band's first since the 1985 full-length, In My Head. This new inception of Black Flag, which was founded in January 2013, should not to be confused with FLAG, which features ex-members Keith Morris and Chuck Dukowski. Ginn has filed a trademark suit against members of FLAG accusing the band of infringing on Black Flag's name and logo. After Black Flag released the live album Who's Got the 10˝? in 1986, Ginn broke up the band. Although Ginn recorded two albums with the more experimental band Gone, his focus was on running Long Beach, CA's SST Records, which distributed other acts such as Bad Brains, The Minutemen, and the Descendents. more on this story Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
