This lovingly long rethink of the hit single comes from Detail, one of the track's main writers and producers. Detail has previously said his post-production process was rushed more than he'd like, due to the nature of the surprise Beyonc� album release, but now that he's had some time to play around he came up with this epic take on "Drunk In Love" that's worth a listen for any member of the Beyhive.

There are amplified handclaps, a more etheral/haunting vocal overlay on the second verse, strings (!) in an arrangement that completely changes the way the whole "surfboardt" section rolls out.
