. The Arcitype: Moe and I went back and forth a bunch on the beat for this song. It was one of the last songs we made for the album and it needed to be right because the album was missing something. I tried a number different things in the studio on my own and sent them to him, but nothing was quite right. It wasn't until we could get into the studio together that we were able to come up with the right combination of sounds to achieve the feel we were both looking for, the result was PNY BOY the Hustler Moe Pope: Ultimately, PNY BOY is about eyeing the gab between the haves and the have-nots, and knowing that to get from one side to the other, you have to be at the top of your game, and hustle constantly. Now that you know the story behind the song, listen for yourself as you watch the video here and you can preorder the album right here!
