The British singer-songwriter recently confirmed to Hollywire that he will be collaborating with Demi Lovato in the near future. The hookup follows a Twitter conversation the pair had at the end of April, after which a song between Sheeran and Lovato seemed imminent.

Sheeran has previously recorded and written songs for and with Taylor Swift, Lupe Fiasco, One Direction and, more recently, Rixton, among others.

"Yeah, we've been emailing each other so that's a good step forward," Sheeran told Hollywire. "I'll be seeing her at the end of the month."
