Barry Manilow is putting his own unique spin on the duets album platform. Instead of teaming up with contemporary artists, Manilow is dueting with a series of late superstars.

The new album, "My Dream Duets", is scheduled to be released on October 27th and will feature Manilow dueting with stars ranging from Judy Garland, Marilyn Monroe, Sammy Davis Jr., Louis Armstrong and Jimmy Durante to Whitney Houston, Mama Cass, John Denver and Andy Williams.

"The album is a miracle. It's been a huge undertaking, musically and technically," Manilow said in the announcement. The album was created using the original vocal tracks from the master recording and Manilow re-orchestrated the songs with new music tracks and he says that they "sound as if they were recorded yesterday."

Tracklisting:
"The Song's Gotta Come from the Heart," with Jimmy Durante
