Britney Spears Announces Return To MTV VMAs

(Radio.com) Britney Spears revealed that she will return to MTV's Video Music Awards later this month. Tuesday afternoon the pop star tweeted a video announcing her appearance. The announcement clip features props from Spears' many memorable VMA moments, most prominently the iconic yellow snake she performed with in 2001. "The VMAs don't just give you a stage says Spears in voiceover, "they give you a story. It's a way of taking a fraction of second and making it live forever. Before you know it, it's history.
