Kanye West and Drake Collaboration Killed By 'Apple Tidal' Politics?

(Radio.com) Drake's juggernaut Views contains guest spots from Rihanna, Future, and PARTYNEXTDOOR, but two of his foremost rap contemporaries don't appear on the track list: Jay Z and Kanye West. That's not because they didn't collaborate in the studio. Jay and 'Ye laid down verses for "Pop Style" but the song was excluded from the final cut of Views. In a characteristically honest moment, West told a Seattle crowd that label politics prevented "Pop Style" from reaching the masses. "Y'all didn't get, what y'all were supposed to get with me and Drake on this song because of some Tidal/Apple bullsh–," Kanye said. "Every time I perform this song I think about this sh–.
