Instead of spending the last day of her spring break vacation on the beach or at a theme park like so many other teenagers, Rebecca Black is recording tunes at the suburban studio of Charlton Pettus, a music producer who has worked with such singers as Hilary Duff and Clay Aiken. The tour will notably make a California stop at the Hollywood Bowl, which will mark the first time both bands have headlined a show at that venue. TMZ obtained the form ... filed by Shawn Holley minutes after the judge sentenced Lindsay to 120 days in jail for the probation violation. Holley's name and address is scribbled at the top of the form, as is Lindsay's name in the document. And, the standard form didn't make sense because it says the defendant is indigent, so Holley drew a line through it. On the other hand ... By filing the notice of appeal, it allowed Lindsay to bail out while the appeal is pending. more on this story

Concrete was originally recorded live for Radio 2 at the Mermaid Theatre in London with the BBC Concert Orchestra, and released in the UK in May of 2006, the show features songs Pet Shop Boys had previously recorded with orchestral arrangements, including huge hits, album tracks from their album Fundamental and a few surprises, including a song from their musical "Closer To Heaven". As we previously reported, Lenny -- who filed for bankruptcy back in 2009 -- was popped earlier this month for allegedly embezzling more than $400k from his bankrupt estate ... a federal crime. Lenny was held on $150,000 bail for nearly a week -- but it was Charlie to the rescue, by fronting 15% -- $22,500.
