According to law enforcement, the 61-year-old singer was pulled over by the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. around 8:00 PM for a traffic violation. When officers approached the vehicle, they noticed the smell of booze and asked Springfield to perform several field sobriety tests. We're told Springfield performed poorly on the sobriety tests -- and was arrested on suspicion of DUI. Law enforcement sources tell us Rick's blood alcohol content was measured at .10 and .08. The legal limit in California is .08. more on this story
As we first reported, Charlie and Brooke filed the papers and worked out the details of their divorce a few months back. But a lot has changed since then, including drug binges on both sides, custody battles and a custody settlement. You'll recall the agreement was modified to require random drug testing on both sides. As for money and property ... Brooke gets $55,000 a month in child support. The settlement docs specifically state that "under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola." more on this story

CMA Music Festival takes place Thursday through Sunday, June 9-12, in downtown Nashville. The event, which celebrates its 40th birthday since beginning as Fan Fair� in 1972, will once again be filmed for an ABC television special to air in late summer. TMZ has confirmed 37-year-old Hughes was named in a police report filed in Taylor Springs, IL ... stemming from an April 23 incident at a place called Trails End Bar and Grill. According to a source who was inside the bar, Hughes got into an argument with a male bar patron ... which led to some forceful shoving. Sources tell us ... the woman is alleging Hughes pushed the other man into her ... and she suffered a broken nose in the collision. TMZ obtained a photo of the woman's face taken after the incident. more on this story

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops spotted three girls getting out of a car in Hollywood at around 11:00 PM, carrying what appeared to be two bottles of alcohol. The officers probed further and determined it was indeed the hard stuff. Here's the problem ... all three girls are underage. Tallulah Belle and her cohorts were cited at the scene for underage possession -- but since Tallulah Belle -- who has appeared in "The Scarlet Letter" and "The Whole Ten Yards -- is a minor, cops couldn't just release her .... they needed to find an adult to pick her up . So Tallulah Belle called Bruce ... but a dutiful Demi did the hard labor, getting in a car and retrieving T.B. more on this story
Sources tell us Chase -- who was busted in Plano, TX last June after cops found a joint in a car in which he was sitting -- has agreed to a pretrial diversion program. Translation -- if he meets certain conditions in the next 12 months, the case will be dismissed and there will be no criminal record. As for the conditions ... -- He can't be arrested or engage in any criminal conduct for a year -- He must perform 24 hours of community service -- He must report to a probation officer once a month more on this story

He was glad to put together this special collection of hits and new songs for Cracker Barrel guests and pleased that Cracker Barrel will donate a portion of the proceeds to Wounded Warrior Project. "After touring quite a number of our country's military bases and performing repeatedly for our troops, I can tell you that there is nothing as rewarding as doing these shows for our service men and women," said Travis.
