Rihanna Addresses Marijuana Controversy

On Thursday, the uptight folks at MTV tweeted "Yikes. @Rihanna's marijuana photos from Coachella spark controversy," posting shots from the singer's Instagram feed and drawing a barbed response from Rihanna herself.

"@MTV Yikes� @rihanna ran out of f***s to give," she tweeted back. MTV has since deleted its tweet, though the story remains posted.

"I'm crazy, and I don't pretend to be anything else," Rihanna tweeted on Tuesday, in response to fans concerned by the photos. more on this story

Lindsay Lohan In Nightclub Fight

The witness tells us ... the incident began after a major misunderstanding between the two sides while they were partying at the Smoke and Mirrors nightclub inside the hotel.

We're told the girl was hanging out at the booth next to Lindsay's ... when Lohan tapped her on the shoulder aggressively and asked, "Did you bump into me?"

The girl denied the bump ... and suggested the real culprit could have been one of the guys in Lindsay's group. She then pointed to one of the men.

Lindsay replied, "That's my dad ... why would he bump me?"

The girl shot back, "You go clubbing with your dad?"

That's when Lindsay snapped ... so says the witness ... who claims Lindsay began cussing at the girl and then threw a drink at her face.

We're told Lindsay's dad realized what was happening .... grabbed his daughter ... and bailed.

Michael Lohan appeared on "TMZ Live" Wed and adamantly denied his daughter chucked any beverage that night ... claiming it was Lindsay who was the real victim and the recipient of the liquid projectile.

Either way, the other girl is currently weighing her legal options.

Dr. Dre May Take Tupac Hologram On Tour and Would Love A Hendrix One

The hip-hop legend was at Boa steakhouse in Hollywood last night when he told us he's so fired up about the Tupac show, he's breaking out the hologram AGAIN at the next Coachella concert on Sunday ... and he's even thinking about taking Pac on tour.

Dre says he's hopeful the 2pac concert will inspire other artists to resurrect legendary musicians like Jimi Hendrix and Marvin Gay. more on this story

LMFAO Hit With $7 Million Lawsuit

The management company is suing for breach of contract ... claiming it took LMFAO's career "from 0 to 60" ... only to be kicked to the curb when the big bucks started rolling in.

But RedFoo didn't seem too concerned when he got slapped with the suit yesterday ... smiling and laughing ... and then posing for a pic with the tattooed process server. more on this story

Phil Spector Sues City From Behind Bars

Phil and his wife filed the lawsuit today in L.A. County Superior Court against the City of Alhambra -- where his wife currently resides ... while Phil rots away in prison.

According to the lawsuit, the city commissioned a construction project on the hill where Phil's house is located -- a project that has since caused the retaining wall that supports the hill to start cracking.

As a result of the cracked wall, Phil claims there have been landslides and land-sinking problems -- causing significant damage to his house.

Phil is suing for unspecified damages to cover the massive repair costs -- as well as compensation for loss of property value.

Back in 2009, Phil was convicted of shooting Lana Clarkson in the foyer of the house ... even though he was adamant Clarkson shot herself. He's currently serving a sentence of 19 years to life.

Susanna Hoffs Sets Solo Release

Produced and orchestrated by Mitchell Froom, it's an intensely personal song cycle that doubles as a musical love letter to the music of the 1960s, which "has always been my reference point for everything," says Susanna. The self-released work will be distributed by Welk Music Group.

Los Angeles fans will get a preview of Someday when Susanna plays a solo show at McCabe's Guitar Shop in Santa Monica on April 28. The set will include new songs, along with Bangles hits and some of her favorite covers. more on this story

Dennis Rodman Ends 8 Year Divorce Battle

Michelle Rodman initially filed for divorce in 2004 -- then filed again in 2012 after a failed attempt at a reconciliation. We're told Dennis had been fighting her for years about agreeing to sign off on the split.

But in new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Dennis has finally relented -- putting his John Hancock on an agreement to dissolve his marriage once and for all.

There are still some financial issues to work out -- namely the $800,000 in back child support Dennis allegedly owes -- but for all intents and purposes, they're both officially single.

As for the primary motive behind re-filing the papers -- Michelle's attorney Mary Ann Noiroux tells TMZ, Michelle just wanted closure for the kids.

Dennis and Michelle got married in 2003 on Dennis' 42nd birthday. They have two children together -- a son and a daughter. more on this story

Michael Clarke Duncan Laughs Off Kim Kardashian For Mayor Reports

MCD and Omarosa Stallworth were outside Staples Center when a camera guy told them Kim's considering a run for Glendale, CA city council and eventually mayor. Michael's awesomely honest response -- "No she's not! Are you playing? Are you serious?"

But Omarosa immediately had Kim's back, saying ... "Run girl, run! You can win."

The whole thing quickly melted down into a heated debate -- Lamar Odom's name even got dragged through the mud.

Kraft Explain Oreo Breastfeeding Ad

The ad went viral earlier this week ... with several media outlets reporting it was a legitimate South Korean ad created by the Cheil Worldwide ad agency.

Now, a rep for Kraft -- the company behind the cookie -- tells TMZ, "Kraft Foods did not create this ad. It has never run in Korea or any other markets."

The rep adds, "This ad was created by our agency for a one-time use at an advertising forum. The ad was never intended for public distribution or use with consumers." more on this story

According to sources, 18-year-old Bieber dropped $20,000 on a Ducati Superbike 848 EVO ... which was delivered to him Thursday.

We're told Biebs picked out the arctic white silk model at an LA dealership a couple days ago ... on recommendation from Usher, who has the black model.

My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding Wild Catfight Video Online

The fight went down last November at a "gypsy" wedding in West Virginia -- the smaller girl (Mellie) hails from the groom's side and the bigger girl (Diamond) was the maid of honor.

Sources tell TMZ, neither side of the family exactly approved of the union -- but Mellie took it one step further after the ceremony ... running her mouth about how the bride and groom don't belong together.

Diamond caught wind of it ... and FLIPPED -- shoving Mellie to the ground outside the church.

At that point, both girls unleashed fist-flying hell -- beating the living crap out of each other and pulling at each other's clothes until they were naked ... literally.

Singled Out: MC Yogi's Give Love

I originally wrote "Give Love" for an organization called Yoga Aid, which galvanizes the yoga community to do good in the world. Yoga Aid was founded by Clive Mayhew and Eriko Kinos***a from Sydney Australia. I first met Clive and Eriko at the Hong Kong Yoga Conference, and after watching our concert, he asked if I'd be willing to write a song to help shine a light on the great work the yogis were doing around the globe.

I asked myself what do all these yogis raising money and charities have in common? I realized they were giving something incredibly important above and beyond money. They give themselves, their time, their energy and above all their Love. That's when the words started to pour out, Love is the answer Love is the Key Love is the glue between you and me. It seems so simple right? But is really one of the most challenging things and takes the most courage and strength to do sometimes. It became a mantra for me. I'd keep repeating it to myself as a reminder, when in doubt, Give Love, Give Love, Give Love. As a teenager because of certain trauma's I experienced growing up I'd become cold and numb, turning to drugs and all kinds of rebelliousness as a way to try and relieve the suffering. Yoga helped me to open and melt the frozen parts of my heart that were holding onto the past.

In the yoga tradition selfless service is considered a path to freedom, unhooking us from the mental chaos that tends to wreak havoc on ourselves and the people around us. The moment we do something for someone else it frees us up, from all that noise on the surface. It creates a subtle shift so that we can channel that energy toward something productive, something that uplifts others and ultimately ourselves.

Initially, I wasn't going to release "Give Love" on my new album Pilgrimage because the album in my mind was more of a travel log. A journal entry from my time in India. My wife Amanda kept encouraging me to include it on the record. The more I thought about it the more I realized that, the entire journey, and Pilgrimage was about Giving Love. So we decided to make it the first single on the album.
