Emilian David Armstrong says in the suit ... he met Barker in early 1996, and they quickly moved in together. Armstrong had a daughter from a previous heterosexual relationship. She also moved in. Armstrong says in November, 1996, he was diagnosed with HIV. The suit claims Barker had tested positive and had urged Armstrong to get tested. Armstrong is convinced -- Barker gave him HIV. Armstrong says Barker confessed he had previously engaged in a sexual relationship with his own cousin, who had AIDS -- and also engaged in sadomasochism in prior relationships that involved syringes. As for why Armstrong waited 16 years to file a lawsuit -- Armstrong says he and Barker tried to work out their relationship and battle the virus together ... but things started to go south in 2003. According to the lawsuit, that's when Barker became addicted to prescription painkillers such as Vicodin, Percocet, Demerol, and Oxycodone. Armstrong claims Barker would mix these drugs with alcohol, cocaine, and/or crystal meth and use them for recreation. But Armstrong says he still didn't give up on the relationship -- and tried to help Barker through his drug problems ... but they only got worse. Armstrong says Barker started throwing drug-fueled parties with young men ranging in age from 19 to early 20's. The suit claims in 2009, Barker kicked Armstrong out of his house -- along with Armstrong's daughter -- and left them destitute. Armstrong claims he was a partner in Barker's business ventures and is entitled to a cut of the profits. He also says he was promised support for life. more on this story
Portwood was in court this morning when the judge reimposed the sentence. Her attorney asked for leniency, but the judge was unmoved ... insisting he had no choice but to enforce the terms of Amber's plea agreement. Portwood's five-year prison sentence was previously stayed on the condition she complete a drug rehabilitation program -- but as we first reported, Portwood gave up on the program ... and asked to go to prison instead. The judge said he would refer Amber to the Indiana Department of Corrections therapeutic community program -- an incarceration-based treatment program. Portwood will be given credit for time served in jail. more on this story
"I'm so glad to be a part of this thing called music, and I am thrilled people are going to be able to take this musical journey with me" said Abrams of his upcoming release. Abrams was a standout finalist on American Idol season 10 thanks to his distinctively original voice and musical ability. The 21-year-old can play a staggering 11 musical instruments by ear and was classically trained on the stand up bass. Listen to the new song here.
Some dates are scheduled for the summer in advance of his fall tour, with additional tour stops confirmed for September, including a headlining gig at Hotel Carolina.
Performing before an intimate crowd at NYC's legendary Metropolis Studios, Norah Jones opened up on her past heartbreaks, her early days as a struggling musician in New York, her deep love of country music and other influences that have shaped her iconic songwriting. A highlight of the evening included Jones' account of her first meeting with her future label, Blue Note Records. An unknown artist at the time looking for her big break, Jones talked about her anxiety before the meeting and her subsequent journey from traditional jazz singer to contemporary singer/songwriter. That journey led to the eventual release of her blockbuster, Grammy award-winning first album, "Come Away With Me." "So I got in there and [they] asked me 'well, what do you want to do? Do you want to sing jazz or do you want to do all this other stuff?' I said 'oh no, jazz, jazz' because I was in his office and I didn't want to say the wrong thing. I didn't want to waste the opportunity[they] gave me a lot of opportunities to kind of not be in just one genre and to kind of stretch out, which was wonderful."
Nero, which is British-born producers, remixers, DJs, and artists Dan Stephens and Joe Ray, will open for The Material Girl on the North American leg of her tour in support of her most recent album, MDNA on select dates including New York's Madison Square Garden, and Miami's American Airlines Arena. Nero will open the show with a DJ set, featuring live vocals from Alana.

This is the first single from Morales' forthcoming album Changes, to be released on June 19 on Ultra Music. "Golden Era" is a disco house hybrid that brings back the vibe of dance music's glory days while adding a contemporary twist. The original mix matches a warm, summery bassline and Latin percussion with Roisin Murphy's rich and bluesy tones. David Morales has been known throughout his tremendous career for his ability to write dance-oriented tracks that stand on their own as "true songs" and not "just tracks" that work only in a club setting. "Golden Era" is dance music for the heart and soul. more on this story

Bynes has been charged with one count of misdemeanor DUI -- and the D.A. has sought a sentencing enhancement because the actress refused to take either a breathalyzer or a blood test. Bynes has not been charged with hit-and-run. If convicted -- with the sentencing enhancement -- we're told Bynes faces a minimum of 48 hours in jail ... and a maximum of 6 months. But because of jail overcrowding, it's unlikely Bynes will ever serve longer than a few hours. more on this story
The wee man leading the charge is a guy named Matt McCarthy -- a 4'1" self-described "midget" who works for Beacher's Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel, a theater troupe that features more than 20 little people. Like Little People of America, McCarthy's pissed "midgets" weren't cast as Snow White's dwarfs in the new movie -- producers cast normal-sized actors instead, digitally resizing their limbs or transplanting their faces onto little people's bodies. But McCarthy's not fuming in silence -- he just fired off a letter to Universal Chairman Adam Fogelson, informing him, "In response to and in protest of this incredible injustice and prejudice, the Beacher's Madhouse midgets and I are coordinating a 100-midget march to Universal's offices." McCarthy adds, casting average-sized actors as Snow White's dwarfs "is the equivalent of Universal casting a white actor to play a role written for an African-American person and digitally changing the color of their skin." So far, a date for the march hasn't been set. more on this story
As TMZ first reported, Octomom was set to drop her top (and only her top) at T's Lounge in Palm Beach, FL next month -- but Octo's rep Gina Rodriguez tells TMZ they pulled out of the deal Tuesday morning. Rodriguez says the straw that broke Octo's back was a local news interview with a club bartender who said, Octo has "a lot of mouths to feed so it was only a matter of time" before she started stripping. The bartender added, "She must be a little crazy, normal people don't have that many children." We're told Octo, aka Nadya Suleman, was also angry about a manager at the club insinuating she might go fully nude and do lap dances ... for the right price. more on this story

Debra cites "irreconcilable differences" in the divorce docs, filed by celeb divorce lawyer Neal Hersh in L.A. County Superior Court. She is asking for joint custody of their 8-year-old son. She is also asking for spousal and child support -- although that could just be a formality. The couple announced their separation last year and they stayed living together even after the separation. They were married on September 3, 2000. Sources connected to the couple tell us they are getting along well. more on this story
Kim is embroiled in a verbal war with her landlord, Kendra Davis. As we reported, Davis has said she's trying to evict Kim because she has no right to live in the house and won't pay rent. For her part, Kim insisted she's paid every cent of the rent and the lease was still in effect. So here's the smoking gun ... According to the lease, either Kendra or Kim had a right to terminate the lease by giving written notice 30 days before May 30. If no one gave notice, the lease would be extended beginning in June on a month-to-month basis. But here's the deal ... Someone did give 30 days notice -- AND IT WAS KIM AND HER HUBBY!! Take a look at Kroy Biermann's email to the landlord dated March 29, 2012. So the lease officially terminated May 30 -- so she lied to us when she said it was still in effect. It's now June 5 and Kim and Kroy are still in the house. Under the lease, they're considered squatters -- i.e., illegal tenants -- and the lease says they are required to pay $600 for every day they illegally stay. The landlord says they haven't paid $600 a day, so it appears Kim also lied to us when she said she was totally current on rent. The landlord gave us a letter that she sent Kim and Kroy today ... telling them they're in the house illegally and must vacate immediately, and if they don't she'll see them in court. more on this story
Kris claims 25-year-old Fatmire Sinanaj (she goes by Myla) was just a neighbor whom he had never met before and she just happened to walk out on the beach when he was being photographed. But we found out he flew her from New York City to Miami to spend the weekend with him. And get this ... We're told they've been seeing each other for months -- since mid-January. Kris -- who has been telling people he was devastated when Kim Kardashian left him and filed for divorce -- has been seeing Myla a lot ... meeting at various basketball games. We're told Kris provided Myla and her family with courtside seats at some of the games, even allowing her in the area leading up to the locker room. Check out the photos. Myla works at a prominent, 5-star hotel in New York. They met at the hotel, where she sometimes helped him with various requests. We tried to reach Myla for a comment but couldn't get a hold of her. Kris had no comment. more on this story
