"After 8 years of kickin ass together, Mugg has decided to part ways. We all sat down and established that Jay and Jeff could no longer continue to be in this band and support thier families at the same time. We have accomplished things that we thought would be virtually impossible, and we have had a great time doing it! We have met so many fans and friends in the lifetime of this band, and many of you will continue to be our friends for life. I want to extend a thank you to all the bands out ther that have helped us out in the beginning, and have continued to support us until now. Its been a blast playing with everyone and we wont forget the good times weve had with all of you! Special thanx to Spineshank for being among the first ones to help us out and hook us up in the begining, we couldn't have gotten such a big kick in the ass if it wasnt for you guys! Lamest Songs Special
We're taking a break over the next couple weeks from our Artist Top Five lists to bring you the 101 Lamest Songs of All Time. Our writers and readers were asked to nominate the songs for this special and we've compiled the nominations into our definitive 101 Lamest Songs of All Time list.

Over the next two weeks we'll be rolling out the list each week day. We're starting backwards with final 10 and will be working our way back. Also to do something a little different we'll also be revealing one song from the Top 10 each week day in the Day in Rock report with comments on why each song was selected and came out at the top of the lame list.

8) Gold Dust Woman Hole
When you have questionable vocal talent at best, you really shouldn't cover a song by one of the best female rock/pop vocalist to ever put her voice to tape. It only highlights your lack of talent. There just may be a special spot reserved in hell for those that butcher songs like this.

Click Here to find out which songs landed in the 21-30 slots and to post your comments and submit artists for the next Lame list.
