(MTV) A suspect in the slaying of D12 rapper Proof turned himself in Wednesday afternoon. Mario Etheridge, a 28-year-old bouncer at Detroit's CCC Club, where the shooting occurred, is now in custody, according to the Detroit Police Department. I just wanna express my feelings of this senseless murder. We as people must learn to deal with reality. Not by murdering our own people. This is not only a tragedy to this man's family. It's a tragedy to the whole hip-hop nation. My prayers go out to all of whom have lost somebody. Lets reflect on the life. Not ponder on the death. Lets heal our own insecurities through such tragedies. Im pretty sure those who have passed are in a better place. Looking over us as we live our lives. Lets prey to those who are no longer here. Built strength as people. Please stop the senseless killings. My condolence goes to that man's family and children. Please STOP the violence!
