Gigwise reports: Ex Sex Pistols frontman Johnny
Rotten has launched a fresh trade against Green Day.
The singer believes that Green Day wouldn’t
have had a leg to stand on in the punk heyday and that they have since
nicked punk’s ideas.
He blathered: “They’re sticky tape on a
duck’s arse. They wouldn’t have survived it. We had to earn our wings.
“We made it easy for them to come in and

at MSU’s Breslin Center because of illness.

creator GEORGE LUCAS has agreed to write a 100-episode TV series of the
classic sci-fi epic. The series will focus on the missing years between

AP reports: Former Creed singer Scott Stapp
is suing in an effort to stop a California company from selling or promoting
a sex video featuring himself, Kid Rock and four women.
The federal lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles
on Tuesday against World Wide Red Light District, is similar to one Kid

band featuring CORROSION OF CONFORMITY guitarist/vocalist Pepper Keenan,
drummer Jimmy Bower (EYEHATEGOD, SUPERJOINT RITUAL guitarist), bassist
Rex Brown (ex-PANTERA), guitarist Kirk Windstein (CROWBAR), and vocalist

will be undertaking a European tour beginning May 15. So far, only one

AVENGED SEVENFOLD frontman M. Shadows has spoken out in support of GUNS
N' ROSES frontman Axl Rose in his war of words with his former GUNS bandmates
and VELVET REVOLVER singer Scott Weiland.
Commented M. Shadows, "I feel Axl is a
better singer, GUNS N' ROSES was a better band. STONE TEMPLE PILOTS wasn't
ever close to that status. Axl was nothing but a nice, down-to-earth, great
guy to talk to when I met him. Very respectful and generous, taking pictures
