Ellison Comment on Victory Lawsuit

(punkbands) Ellison responds to the lawsuit filed by Victory Records against Carbon Copy Media. Here it was it stares: In reaction to this lawsuit we just want to set the record straight. Over the past year both JT and Mark have become very close personal friends, and we owe our careers to this point to their hard work. It was very unfortunate that the Hawthorne Heights law suit was filed less than three weeks before our debut release "Say Goodnight, Sleep Alone". It's impossible to tell whether that had any effect on our band thus far.

Victory's claim that "the Defendants actions have likely destroyed their careers" is NOT TRUE AT ALL. The only thing that could ruin our career is if we gave up.[see full story for more] - Click here for the Full Story
