HIGH ON FIRE kick off the first leg of the ‘Blessed Black Wings Tour 2006’ this Wednesday, January 18th in San Francisco, CA. From there the band will tour North America with guests THE BRONX, BIG BUSINESS, and labelmates BURIED INSIDE through February 19th.

This is HIGH ON FIRE’s first North American headlining tour in almost a year. HIGH ON FIRE spent most of 2005 touring in support of their critically acclaimed new album, Blessed Black Wings, as part of the The Sounds of The Underground Tour with LAMB OF GOD, supporting EVERY TIME I DIE, MASTODON and making several European festival appearances at Fury Fest, Roadburn, and an appearance at All Tomorrows Party on invitation from curators THE MARS VOLTA.
