. (Filter) Brooklyn based PABLO have just released their debut album Half the Time on Curb Appeal Records on October 24th. Their indie-folk sound immediately caught the ears of John Richards at KEXP, who has already brought the band in for an amazing in-studio session and is flying the band out to Seattle for KEXP's Christmas show. They have opened for Earlimart and Matt Pond PA and are also preparing for an appearance this week at the CMJ Festival (Nov 4th at Rockwood Music Hall).

The music often draws comparisons to the Replacements' gentle moments. Stand out tracks like the haunting tune "Wall Street," the extremely soulful "Loser Crew" and "Calm Down" are earthy, evocative and full of heart. [see full story for a free mp3] - Click here for the Full Story
