(PR) Virgin Records rock quintet THE RED JUMPSUIT APPARATUS' debut album DON'T YOU FAKE IT has been certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for U.S. sales exceeding a half-million copies, the label announced today. The album was released just 4 months ago on July 18, 2006, and entered the Billboard Top 200 national album sales chart at #25. Following the band's non-stop year-end touring schedule, THE RED JUMPSUIT APPARATUS will headline the 2007 Take Action! Tour, scheduled to kick off in early February. The forty-city annual tour benefits the Youth America Hotline! (YAH!), encouraging the young to engage with local organizations to combat depression and suicide.
