[originally published 06/18/07](SleazeRoxx.com) Former Static-X star Tripp Eisen has been released from custody after serving time for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in January 2005. The guitarist, real name Tod Rex Salvador, served his time at the Mid-State Correctional Facility in New Jersey. He was arrested in Orange County, California after courting a New Jersey girl on the Internet, and then meeting her, and reportedly assaulting her in a shopping center. The unnamed teenager girl told her mother about the encounter and the worried mum called the police - more on this story
