(antiMusic) The organizers of the Canada's version of the Grammy Awards are probably wishing that stripper-turned-screenwriter Diablo Cody had selected another name for her film about a knocked up teenager. Perhaps Cody was a fan of Bryan Adams or Cealion Dion and decided to name her film after the Juno awards? Nevertheless, the 2008 Juno Awards were held last weekend and Feist was the runaway winner.

Feist won knocked up teenagers for Single of the Year, Album of the Year, Pop Album of the Year,Artist of the Year and Songwriter of the Year, winning in every award she was nominated for. Feist didn't just win, she performed her hit song "Sealion" during the two hour broadcast on CTV. We're not sure if the song is a tribute to her fellow country woman or not.

Blue Rodeo nabbed the awards for Group of the Year, Adult Alternative Album of the Year, and Video of the Year. Paul Brandt won the knocked up teenager for Country Recording of the Year. And let's not forget the corporate sponsored awards, because nothing says Modern Music business like associating music with products! Michael Bubl won the Doritos Choice award, Wintersleep won the Best New FACTOR and Canada's Private Radio Broadcasters award.

Reunited proggy rockers Triumph were also on stage for the Canadian Music Hall of Fame induction. More info on the knocked up teenager awards can be found - here
