The Killers Plan Next Album

(Gibson) The Killers are set to begin work on songs for their next album, drummer Ronnie Vannucci has revealed. As reported by NME.com, Vannucci told XFM the band members had loads of material they're anxious to share with one another.

"Tuesday [May 17] I think we start doing some writing again," he said. "We have piles of songs we want to show each other. We're going to get back in that room and start working."

Meanwhile, Vannucci's debut solo album, Big Talk, will hit stores on July 11. The drummer spoke about the new disc earlier this month. "I needed to do this," he said. "It's such a departure from what I'm used to, but now, having done it, it feels like the right thing to do. It all feels very natural. I can't sit on a couch very long!" more on this story
