. On the day before their November 2nd gig at The Machine Shop in Flint, Michigan, Hurt and Smile Empty Soul headed to Rochester Hills' 37 Studios. Along with producer Matt Dalton � known for his work with a plethora of local and national acts including Frequency 54 and Chiodos/D.R.U.G.S. frontman Craig Owens � the two bands decided to tackle the Alice in Chains track, 'No Excuses.'
