(Radio.com) The Killers new holiday song, "Christmas in L.A." isn't set in any sort of winter wonderland instead it takes place in the sunshine state where you can become a star, but you're going to need more than Santa's help to get you there.

The clip starts with Owen Wilson, playing a struggling actor who's asking for a little advice on how to break into the business from fellow actor Harry Dean Stanton (Pretty in Pink, Alien, Repo Man). Stanton only has one piece of wisdom for the young star: "Do nothing."

From there the song, which features the band Dawes, becomes an ode to all those struggling actors who spend their holiday in casting calls hoping to get the role of a lifetime. Brandon Flowers sweetly sings, "I played so many parts/I don't know which one's really me/Don't know if I can take/Another Christmas in L.A." more on this story
