(TeamRock Radio) The Gaslight Anthem's Brian Fallon's haunting cover of the late singer Tony Sly's 'Capo 4th Fret' has premiered online. The track is one of 26 recorded by various artists for a forthcoming compilation record 'The Songs of Tony Sly: A Tribute', in honor of Sly, the frontman for '90s skate-punk faces No Use for a Name, who died in July last year..

Fallon's twist on the poignant song was premi�red on USA TODAY features only an acoustic guitar and a harmonica and also ends on the sombre lyric: "I will live for the sake of others, so they can do the same."

"When I met Tony it was at a festival and it was chaos," Fallon says. "He was the only other guy who seemed to be in search of a quiet spot. We didn't say much to each other, we just had one of those strange meetings where you feel you're on the same side. more on this story
