(Radio.com) Drake hit the Late Night With Jimmy Fallon stage Friday night (September 13) to premiere his new song, "Too Much," from Nothing Was The Same, out September 24.

The rapper prefaced his performance by saying, "Before I do this song, I'd like to say to my friends and family, I want the best for everybody. I love you all." And it was clear why he felt he had to say those words, the song was a very real take on the toll fame has taken on not only him, but his family.

The tracks features Samphawho also lent his voice to non-album track "The Motion"singing the hook, "Don't think about it too much / There's no need for us to rush this through / Don't think about it too much / This is more than just a new lust for you."
Looking straight into the camera, Drake talked about his family, rapping "Money's got my whole family going backwards" and "There's issues at hand we're not discussing," before scolding his uncle for not following his dreams: "My uncle used to have all these things on his bucket list / And now he's acting like, 'Oh well, this is life, I guess,' / Nah, f*** that sh*t / Listen, man, you could still do what you want to do."

Drake also talks about his mom, who he says is "cooped up in her apartment/telling herself that she's too sick to get dressed." Watch the performance here.
