Beatles Help! Jackets and Other Rarities Going Up For Auction

(hennemusic) Jackets worn by George Harrison and Ringo Starr in The Beatles' 1965 film, "Help!", are going up for auction in Liverpool next month, hich will also include a large collection of rare vinyl.

BBC reports the jackets, which also appear on the iconic album cover of the film's soundtrack, are from the private collection of "Help!" director Richard Lester.

The jackets are part of an auction of more than 200 lots of rare Beatles memorabilia and are expected to be sold for more than 50,000 by Omega Auctions in Liverpool next month. more on this story
