"The story is what I would call steamy melancholia," Urban told PEOPLE. "For me, the video had to be centered around the present and the past, but really focus on the intoxicating reliving of 'those nights.'"

Urban said he thinks director John Urbano captured things "brilliantly." "When Keith asked me to direct the video my head started swimming with ideas because the song is so cinematic," Urbano said.
