Wiz Khalifa Remixes Fall Out Boy's 'Uma Thurman'
. (Radio.com) Wiz Khalifa has joined Fall Out Boy on a remix of their song "Uma Thurman," deemed the Wiz Khalifa Boys Of Zummer Remix. The two artists just announced their joint Boys Of Zummer tour, so it makes sense that they would release a collaboration to mark the occasion. The song triangulates both of their genres and ends up somewhere in the middle, with EDM drops and buzzing synths. Fall Out Boy haven't lost their emotive vocal edge, though, and Khalifa delivers a typically party-hearty verse about how he's "more exclusive" than the object of his affection's ex. This isn't the first time Fall Out Boy have toed the hip-hop line: they toured with Paul Wall back in 2006, and released their 2007 "It's Not A Scene It's An Arms Race Megamix," with Tyga, Fabolous, Jay Z, Kanye West, Paul Wall, Jadakiss, T.I., Lupe Fiasco and Lil Wayne.
