MandolinMan is four Belgian guys playing traditional Flemish music on mandolin (and mandocello) but American fans can be forgiven for listening to cuts like "Schottische Eppegem and Elewijt" and the gentle mazurka "Mazurka Houtem" and thinking that the songs originated in the U.S.; after all a great deal of traditional American music has its roots in Europe.

Fans of folk music in general will love this set of instrumentals, and mandolin lovers will absolutely go ape, devouring every crystal clear note on cuts like "De Reuzekens" and grooving or dancing along to sprightly numbers like "Polka Antwerp." Order it here.
