(Jam!) ZZ Top has cancelled its European tour so a band member can undergo treatment for a benign growth in his inner ear that is affecting his hearing.

Dr. Shawn Nasseri, a California otolaryngologist who is treating bassist and singer Dusty Hill, said that preliminary plans do not include surgery. [see full story for more] - Click here for the Full Story
