.
(PR) Ike Reilly, the leader of Chicago-based band The Ike Reilly Assassination, is confirmed to be joining Tom Morello (a.k.a. The Nightwatchman) on a tour leg primarily through the West Coast of the United States (dates listed below, with more to be announced soon). Reilly will be hitting the road with Morello sans Assassination and will be hooking up with Morellos tour in July. Reilly is touring in support of his recently-released album, We Belong To The Staggering Evening.

Reilly, who like Morello grew up in Libertyville, Illinois, has been popping up periodically at Morello's Axis of Justice shows in Los Angeles and was often present as The Nightwatchman evolved on the open mic scene in L.A.

Says Morello of the tour dates with Reilly: When two Illinois rogues hit the road together anything can happen, and anything will. We are on a mission. It's like a Woody Guthrie/Pete Seeger combo for the new millennium. Fathers, hide your Republican daughters."

Reilly adds, "Hide ALL of your daughters."
