The superstar not only gives fans a look at what stardom is really like, but how it feels to be a working mom, who gave birth to her baby girl, Blue Ivy in January. Appropriately enough that means that 21 has become the 21st album to 10 million sales threshold since 1991, the beginning of the SoundScan era, according to Billboard. The music industry publication reports that 21 is also the third album in 2012 to hit the 10 million sales mark. Earlier this year Linkin Park's Hybrid Theory and Usher's Confessions passed that milestone. Read the Billboard report for more details.
Nielsen SoundScan data shows that Unapologetic sold 238,000 copies during its first week of release. This breaks Rihanna's record of having the most No. 1 songs on the Hot 100 without ever having a No. 1 album, according to Billboard. You can read their report here.

On December 18, fans will be able to get their hands on We Will Always Love You: A Grammy Salute To Whitney Houston. The one-hour special, which aired November 13 on CBS, features Usher singing "I Believe in You And Me" from The Preacher's Wife, an 80's inspired medley from Jennifer Hudson featuring Whitney classics like "I'm Every Woman," "How Will I Know" and "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" along with Celine Dion's version of "Greatest Love of All." more on this story
The release show will take place on December 11th at The Gramercy in New York City and the second show will take place on December 18th in Los Angeles at the Troubadour. The new album was produced by long time collaborator Jude Cole. "We just felt like some sounds needed to evolve," remarked lead singer Jason Wade. "We knew we had to shake things up creatively and go back to the drawing board, try something new. It was a liberating experience; I feel like we can take all our different musical influences and they can kind of coalesce together and live in the same space without any rules or guidelines. This album was just very in-the-moment, or should I say letting moments happen instead of forcing something and trying to manipulate it." more on this story

The two became close after The Voice judge had a hit with Bubl�'s song "Home" in 2008. Shelton told CBS Local that Bubl� was "excited he had a country hit as a songwriter" and even asked him out on the road for a few performances. "We ended up singing it together a few times in his concerts and we filmed a David Foster special together where we sang the song together," he said. Blake had a lot more to say about it.
"I guess we could have called it Live at Various Theaters," says drummer Brian Rosenworcel, referencing the fact that the songs on the album were culled from many performances and not just one. "Actually, I wish we'd called it Live at Various Theaters. Is it too late to call it Live at Various Theaters?"
The "Let It Roll," video was directed by Jessy Terrero and takes place in Miami Beach. The rapper and friends can be seen rolling along the Miami boardwalk and other sites in a variety of ways, including roller skates, skateboards and indoor go-karts. Watch the video here.

In the paper's obtained by "Extra" there is a surprise reference to Halle as Gabriel's "Ex-Wife" raising the question, did they secretly tie the knot? In the section of the request for a temporary restraining order asking the about the relationship of the parties the document reads, "Respondent is the fianc� of my ex-wife, Halle Berry." It is unclear whether the two were ever actually married. In the remainder of the legal docs filed on Monday, Aubry gives an entirely different account on what went down Thanksgiving Day, claiming it was the French actor, Oliver Martinez, who struck first in their brawl. Four performances will take place at Le Cirque En Chantier, a specially constructed circus tent on L'Ile Seguin, an island on the Seine, in an intimate setting with no audience member more than a few meters from the stage. The tour will kick off Tuesday December 18th at Brick and Mortar Music Hall in San Francisco. These shows will be Big Black Delta's first since their late summer dates which included shows with Cursive, Jane's Addiction and M83. more on this story

TMZ broke the story ... a mom named Stacey Betts slapped Bieber with a $9.23 million lawsuit ... claiming her hearing was severely damaged at a 2010 concert when the Biebs "enticed the crowd" into a screaming frenzy. Now Justin's firing back, claiming Betts' lawsuit is missing a few things -- like facts. According to the documents, there's no way JB could have known "pointing to a crowd" would cause a so-called "sound blast" -- and Betts' suit also fails to allege Bieber has any duty to stop fans from making noise. There are several major websites citing a story first published in the San Francisco Chronicle ... which says TMZ filed an application with the Federal Aviation Administration seeking to use a drone device. The FAA just released this statement: "TMZ does not have FAA authorization to fly an Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS), and we have no record that TMZ ever requested or inquired about an authorization." more on this story
Hill filed the docs in L.A. County Superior Court against wife Nicole Lyn, citing irreconcilable differences. His wife Nicole's a TV actress known for her role on the Canadian show "Student Bodies." Nicole also DJs under the name Ms. Nix. Dule and Nicole were married in July 2004 and separated just days after their anniversary in 2012, eight years later.
