iFilm Support Terrorists? Ban Stuck Mojo antiJihadists Video
KNAC reports: Stuck Mojo based in Atlanta, GA, stirred mass controversy earlier this month with the release of a video for the anti-Jihadist-themed song, 'Open Season', from their latest release entitled Southern Born Killers. Immediately after the video's release via YouTube, the track skyrocketed into the "Most Viewed" video charts on the service. That is where the controversy began.

Upon seeing the popularity of the video, administrators at YouTube apparently blocked the video from appearing in the "Most Viewed" listings despite the viewing statistics warranting its inclusion in the Top 20. This latest hypocrisy is too much, though, to let just slip by. The widely popular web site, iFilm.com, recently banned the video for 'Open Season' despite it having received many positive comments as well as overwhelming support from military personnel and others around the globe. Meanwhile, another music video, created by Jihadists themselves, showing the graphic murder of American soldiers remains available for viewing on the video service! It's a double standard that is sick on every level.

You be the judge. At the [full story link] are several links where you can view everything for yourself. We encourage you to read the lyrics to 'Open Season' and then check out the video. Then take a look at the disgusting murder of our soldiers that iFilm continues to support and you'll see why we are livid. iFilm's practices should be brought to the attention of their sponsors at a minimum. We are in a time of escalating global conflict and, in Stuck Mojo's opinion, this company is acting clearly irresponsibly with their support of these murderers.[see full story for more including links to the Stuck Mojo video, the terrorist videos etc]

KNAC reports: From the Chicago Sun Times: Alice Cooper saved Christmas for 12-year-old Carlos "CJ" Cardenas. Well, Alice Cooper and a team of surgeons at Rush University Medical Center.

CJ, a sixth-grader from Lake Villa, was feeling pretty down last week as he lay in a hospital bed, recovering from surgeries to remove a terribly painful and aggressive tumor in his mouth. Angels and Airwaves Plot Busy 07
punkbands reports: Angels and Airwaves will begin recording their next album once the new year starts. Now if you know A&A like the rest of us, you know there's more to the story. Well there's also a documentary, a fictional film, a song for an undisclosed soundtrack and perhaps other projects. Looking back on 2006, Tom Delonge told Mtv (one of the few places still putting out news this week) "It's been a super-spiritual year for our band and for us personally, and I think we've offered something extremely imaginative and futuristic to rock and roll. I also think that I've become a good dancer along the way."- Click Here for the Full Story

Underoath Side Project
punkbands reports: Underoath drummer Aaron Gillespie will put out a solo album sometime soon and he's hitting the road to play songs off it (dates are at the full story link). In the meantime, Underoath has been writing songs for their next album and the band may even do some dates on this summer's Warped Tour. This, of course, comes on the heels of last year's Warped Tour where Underoath left after a short time. A lot of people said it was because Fat Mike was cracking wise on the band pretty much daily. Gillespie had this to say: "I don't care what (Fat Mike) does. He's old, and that's his shtick. He doesn't have anything else going for him, so why not make fun of people? It was just a rumor that spun out of control."[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story
